Oxygen systems are designed to consistently deliver oxygen, which is especially important in medical or critical industry settings.

Many PSA nitrogen manufacturers have oxygen monitors, pressure sensors, and PLC-based control systems that let you watch and change things in real time. PSA oxygen devices have alarms and oxygen purity testers, and, if needed, they follow healthcare laws.

Safety and Compliance

Medical oxygen generators must undergo rigorous validation processes and meet standards like ISO 13485. Industrial nitrogen makers usually follow ISO 9001 or ASME safety guidelines to ensure the equipment's safety.

PSA nitrogen and oxygen gas generator manufacturers use the same technology. Still, they are different in the absorbent material they use, the purity they produce, how they are built, and features specific to their uses. System selection relies on gas type, purity, flow rate, and regulations.
